商品の購入方法は?
How do I place an order?

弊社ホームページを閲覧しながら、御気に入った物を選んでいただき、カードに入れて決済する形式です
Select the product you want from our catalog, click on “Add to cart”. Once you are done with shopping, click on the shopping cart icon on upper right of the page. Then you can proceed to checkout and place your order after filling out payment and delivery information.

送料はいくらになりますか?地域によって変わることがありますか?
How much is the shipping cost? It is different from area?
A2:
送料は一律500円になります。
The shipping cost is ¥500 in all instances.
Q3:
在庫切れの商品は、いつ再入荷ですか?
How long do I have to wait for an out-of-stock product to be restocked?
A3:
メーカー・ブランドによって時間が違いますが、お問い合わせを利用して御気に入った商品を知れせていただければ、再入荷時期の確認と優先調達ができます。
The specific restocking time for each product is different for every brand. You are welcomed to reach out to us through the “inquiry” page on our website and ask for a specific timeframe, and we can speed up restocking process per your request.

注文から商品到着までどれくらい時間かかりますか?
How long should I expect to wait for delivery?

在庫確認を含めて、在庫ありの場合台湾倉庫からお客様に届くまで約1~2週間かかります。 在庫切れの場合弊社からお客様に連絡メールが届きます、お客様の需要によってメーカーへの発注或いはオーダーの取り消しができます。
It depends on our inventory situation. If we have the products readily stocked, you can expect an average delivery time of 1~2 weeks if your address is in Japan’s main island. If we confirmed the product to be out-of-stock upon receiving your order (which could sometimes happen even if the website shows its stocked), we will send you an email notifying the fact and give you options to either wait for restocking or cancel your order.

適用機種以外にパーツを組み合わせたい時はどうしますか?
Can I install the parts with airsoft guns that are not specified in your product descriptions?

弊社は長年台湾でエアガンを扱う従業員が働いているため、遠慮せず弊社にお問い合わせをしてください。
We cannot guarantee that the parts will function well if installed improperly. We do, however, have experienced staff who can help you with installation process and provide you with professional advice if you wish to experiment with different combinations. 台湾の商品をメイン商品とする店ですと、万が一商品が故障する場合はどうしますか?
Considering that most of the products you sell are made in Taiwan, what happens if I received faulty parts or if I need repairs in Japan?

弊社は日本にオフィスがあり、エアガン修理のガンスミスも定期的に日本に出張することがあります。修理交換返品などアフターフォローを日本で提供いたします。
We have professional airsoft gunsmiths who stay in our Tokyo office periodically. You can have the products replaced or repaired locally in Japan and receive our full after-service without any issue.
